Here you can find some answers to some of our frequently asked questions. If you have a question which isn't answered below please feel free to e-mail us at - support@e-techsolutions.co.uk. We will try and reply as fast as possible to any query that you may have.

We have all different payment plans and they can all be tailored to suit you and your company, some examples are our SLA's which are payed monthly or yearly, which will include services such as regular PC healh checks and fixing technical problems to no extra cost. We also have a pay as you go plan where you pay only for the work that we do and for work that has been carried out. 

This can vary for a number of reasons. Firstly the job will be logged by our admin into our system, each job is then looked at by the technicians. Jobs can vary on length depending on what they are. We try to look at every job as soon as they come in but sometimes this isn't always possible. Some jobs can be done remotely wheras some may need the technicians to go in personally to look over any of the issues.

For normal issues no but if an issue is causing the workplace to be unable to function they may be looked at sooner such as a server being down or a fault affecting the whole office. Other smaller jobs normally will be looked at as per usual and it is very rare that we get jobs needing more attention than others.

Most of our jobs can be completed either over the phone or by remote control. If a job does require us to be called out we will book you in as soon as possible to try to fix the problem. Call out times will depend on the job and if certain parts are required for the job but they will always be done as fast as possible.
